Walt Disney World Resorts offer reserved room blocks and special room rates for wedding guests. The following dates are guaranteed for the group rate: Thursday, May 12, 2011 – Sunday, May 15, 2011 (based on availability). All hotel reservations must be made no later than April 1st. Confirmation for dates depend upon room availability at the time your request is received. Your email confirmation will indicate the exact dates of your accommodations. Rates based on single or double occupancy. Each additional person ages 18 and over per room will be an additional charge. Group Reservations office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm EST and 8:30am-5:00pm EST Saturday and Sunday. PLEASE NOTE, THE PRICES BELOW INCLUDE TAX.
Lastly, you can make a reservation at ANY Walt Disney World resort that is not listed however your rate will be based on what that current hotel’s rate is at the time of booking as opposed to the special group rates we have below. If you do make a reservation outside of our room blocks below, please let them know at the time of your booking that you are there for the Pettit/Mueller Wedding so your hotel reservations is counted towards the wedding AND we know where to send your welcome gift bag.
